Collections Specialist (Full‑Time or Part‑Time)

Location: Slidell, LA
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible – Full‑Time or Part‑Time available

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Contact: Proactively contact customers with delinquent accounts via phone and email to secure payment or establish repayment plans.
• Payment Negotiation: Negotiate payment arrangements and accurately process payments.
• Account Management: Update account statuses, document all customer interactions, and track receivables within a CRM or ERP system.
• Dispute Resolution: Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and credit‑related issues.
• Skip Tracing: Locate customers with missing or outdated contact information.
• Reporting: Generate reports on collection activity, aging accounts, and payment progress.
