Job Title: Forklift Operator – Material Handler

Job Summary:
Lucid Motors is seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators / Material Handlers to join our growing team. This role is essential to supporting daily warehouse and production operations by safely moving, loading, and organizing materials. Candidates must be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Pay:

• Open availability is required – schedules will be assigned based on business needs
• Pay range: $23–$25 per hour (depending on assigned shift)
• Overtime required and must be comfortable working extended hours as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials efficiently and safely
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow warehouse procedures
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
• Support general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience (sit-down, stand-up, reach, or cherry picker)
• Ability to work any assigned schedule (days, nights, weekends, overtime)
• Comfortable working overtime as required
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
