JOB ORDER – CDL DRIVER

Locations: Marshall, Mattoon, Tolono, IL
Openings: 2–4 CDL Drivers
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview:

Currently hiring CDL Drivers to support operations across multiple locations. This is a local driving position with the opportunity to be home daily. Drivers will primarily operate mixer trucks and may assist with job site tasks as needed.

Schedule:

  • Shift: 1st Shift
  • Start Time: 7:00 AM
  • Hours: Vary based on weather and workload
  • Overtime: Available

Pay & Benefits:

  • Pay Rate: $23.25+/hr (based on experience)
  • Overtime Pay: Yes

Job Duties:

  • Operate mixer trucks to deliver concrete locally
  • Assist with pouring concrete at job sites
  • Handle chutes (assembly, cleaning, wash down)
  • May operate heavy equipment as needed
  • Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A or B
  • Manual transmission experience required
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical tasks

Experience:

  • Open to entry-level CDL drivers (training available)
  • Preferred: 6 months–1 year experience or farm background with CDL

Work Environment:

  • Local routes only (home daily)
  • Schedule typically 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible based on demand)
  • Physical work required (lifting, climbing, chute handling, etc.)
