Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time - Contract                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Pay: $31 - $38/hour

A well-established public-sector organization is seeking an Properties Specialist to join its dynamic Properties team. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced  environment, supporting real estate operations, tenant coordination, and development projects within a complex transportation setting.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Review development plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreements
• Prepare maps, plans, charts, and other technical/visual materials
• Coordinate projects with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify land use review items and present findings to advisory groups
• Draft leases, permits, and license agreements for tenants and new developments
• Conduct bi-annual tenant compliance inspections and monitor improvements
• Analyze and track revenue performance; prepare monthly reports for leadership

• Modern office systems and software
• Relevant federal, state, and local regulations
• General aviation terminology, requirements, and standards

Ability to:

• Interpret and explain real estate policies and procedures
• Read and analyze contracts and legal documents
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in property management, or a related area

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with aviation-related properties
• Background in aviation consulting
• Familiarity with general aviation minimum standards

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs and frequently up to 10 lbs
• Role may require extended periods of walking or standing

🔒 Pre-Employment Requirement

• Must successfully pass a TSA-required fingerprint-based background check
