CNC Machinist Operator & Programmer

Location: Little Rock, AR Area
Compensation: Pay based on experience

A well-established manufacturing client in the Little Rock area is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Operator & Programmer who thrives in a low‑volume, high‑variety job shop environment. This role is ideal for a craftsman who enjoys working on complex, one‑off parts and taking ownership of full machine setups rather than repetitive production work.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• CNC Machining Experience
  • 3–5 years of CNC machining experience preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with CNC mill setup and operation
• Setup & Manufacturing Knowledge
  • Ability to perform complete setups independently
  • Solid understanding of machining processes from start to finish
• Precision & Quality
  • Proficient with precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to consistently hold tight tolerances
  • High attention to detail required
• Technical Skills
  • Strong computer skills and NC machine operation background
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Problem-Solving Skills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot tooling, setups, and machining issues
• Programming (Preferred)
  • Prior programming experience or working knowledge of Esprit CAM is a plus

Compensation

• Hourly pay based on experience
• Typical range: $25–$35 per hour, depending on qualifications
