Overview
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to join a growing team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with customers, and is motivated by achieving sales goals. You’ll play a key role in generating new business, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for residential and commercial HVAC services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and follow-ups
• Identify and develop residential and/or commercial HVAC service opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand customer needs
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for estimators or technicians
• Follow up with past customers and warm leads to drive repeat business
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
• Increase booked appointments for service and sales teams
• Contribute to overall growth in new customer acquisition

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

• Monthly sales targets of $8,000–$10,000+
• Consistent lead generation and pipeline activity
• High conversion rates on booked appointments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals (calls, appointments, sales, etc.)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $65,000 per year
