Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Mon-Fri
Pay: $19+ DOE
Must have at least 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Duties:
Machine Operation: Set up and operate lamination equipment to produce panels according to work orders, travelers, and bills of materials.
Material Prep: Prepare skins and cores, and load/unload press platens.
Quality Control: Inspect finished panels for alignment, bonding, and defects.
Daily & Monthly Maintenance: Clean and perform routine maintenance on machines, including rollers and adhesive systems.
Documentation: Record production data, including waste, QC checks and follow SOP guidelines.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage and machine safety.
Responsibilities:
The job duties are to operate the laminating machine, maintain the rollers and materials, read and interpret job tickets and specifications, input the correct settings, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot any problems that arise during operation of the laminating machine.
