We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to step into the role of Thermoform Machine Operator and become part of a supportive, team‑oriented production environment. In this role, you’ll get hands‑on experience setting up and operating thermoforming machines, inserting molds, monitoring heating and cooling cycles, trimming formed parts, and ensuring each product meets quality and production standards. You’ll also help with material handling, production tracking, and maintaining a clean, efficient workflow throughout the shift.

This is a great opportunity to build your mechanical skills while working closely with staff and leadership to track production, troubleshoot issues, and keep operations on schedule. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but most importantly, we’re seeking reliable, safety‑minded individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.

Schedule 

• 2nd Shift Monday-Friday
• 3:30pm-12:00am 

Pay 

• $22.59-$29.91 (10% shift premium added additionally)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Set up and operate thermoforming machines, inserting molds and vacuum boxes, and establishing proper heating/cooling cycles
• Load plastic sheets, run forming cycles, remove formed parts, and trim/deburr materials using saws
• Inspect parts for quality, apply bondo when needed, and ensure molds include required features
• Maintain accurate production counts, organize finished parts, and move them to the next stage
• Cut scrap material, keep the work area clean, and perform basic machine maintenance
• Identify process improvements, cut blanks from sheet stock, and box/label ABS parts
• Follow all safety procedures, support quality standards, and perform other similar duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• High mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and understand English at a 6th‑grade level or above
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
