Job Title: Inside Sales & Operations Support Associate

Location: Hanover, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: 20.00/hr

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and flexible Inside Sales & Operations Support Associate to join a growing team. This role is focused primarily on inside sales responsibilities (approximately 80% of the time), with the ability to occasionally assist in warehouse operations when coverage is needed. The ideal candidate enjoys customer interaction, has strong organizational skills, and is willing to pitch in across departments when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales (Primary – ~80%)

• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers
• Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and order information in internal systems
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
• Assist with ongoing customer service and account support
• Maintain familiarity with products and services to effectively respond to inquiries

Warehouse & Operations Support (Secondary – ~20%, As Needed)

• Provide back-up support in the warehouse when staffing coverage is needed
• Assist with picking, packing, staging, and shipping materials
• Operate a forklift safely after company-provided training
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support inventory counts and general warehouse organization

Qualifications

• Inside sales, customer service, or order processing experience preferred
• Willingness to work occasionally in a warehouse environment
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required (training provided)
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and standard office software
• Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials up to [insert weight requirement]
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following training
