What You’ll Do

• Finish and polish stainless steel and metal components to precise visual and quality standards
• Remove weld marks, scratches, oxidation, and surface imperfections
• Use hand tools, grinders, and polishing equipment to achieve consistent finishes
• Match finishes to specifications, samples, or customer requirements
• Inspect your own work and correct defects before passing parts forward
• Collaborate with fabrication and welding teams to ensure smooth production flow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in metal polishing, stainless steel finishing, or metal fabrication
• Strong understanding of surface finishing techniques and tooling
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality visual finishes
• Good hand control, patience, and attention to detail
• Ability to read basic prints or follow finish standards (a plus)
• A strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship

Physical Expectations

• Standing for full shifts (8–10+ hours)
• Repetitive hand and arm motion throughout the day
• Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and metal finishing activity
• Wearing required PPE including gloves, eye/face protection, and respiratory protection when needed
