Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Operator to support warehouse operations in a dynamic and quality-driven environment. This position requires strict adherence to safety, consistency, and customer requirements while maintaining efficient warehousing and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Print and organize sales orders, pick tickets, and warehouse documentation

• Identify and pick correct products to fill orders accurately

• Pack and prepare shipments to meet customer specifications

• Allocate inventory to Sales Orders and ensure correct documentation

• Verify customer-specific requirements (e.g. Shelf Life, Date of Manufacture, special approvals)

• Communicate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs

• Assist with inventory cycle counts and adjustments in ERP system (X3)

• Pull raw materials and packaging for the production department

• Create accurate product labels as needed

• Perform other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Military experience or relevant work history may be considered in lieu of diploma

• Forklift certification required (training provided by employer)

• Basic computer literacy; experience with warehouse software a plus

• Must be able to comply with AS9100 Quality Management System

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and accuracy

• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a team-based environment
