Apartment Maintenance Technician

 

 Apartment Maintenance Technician – Pay Depending on Experience and Certification

 

Express is currently recruiting for an Apartment Maintenance Technician with a Longview, TX apartment complex. This role will work independently on a variety of tasks, but also include regular communication with tenants and staff.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform repairs and upgrades to keep the interior and exterior of the apartment community in great condition
• Repair various plumbing and electrical systems
• Paint and drywall repairs
• Communication with apartment tenants about repair needs
• Make apartments move-in ready

 

What we look for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to be on-call for evenings and weekends, every other week
• HVAC Certification
