Flex Shift Supervisor A- Direct Hire

Job Summary:
We are seeking a flexible and hands-on Shift Supervisor to support production operations across multiple shifts in a fast-paced injection molding environment. This role is responsible for leading shift start-ups, managing labor allocation, and ensuring production goals are met while maintaining accuracy in systems and documentation. The ideal candidate is adaptable, technically skilled, and experienced in coordinating mold changes and maintenance support to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shift start-ups, assign tasks, and adjust staffing levels based on production needs
• Move jobs within IQMS and ensure accuracy of production data and documentation
• Oversee cell setup and coordinate mold changes according to the production schedule
• Partner with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and operational efficiency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple shifts

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment
• Injection molding experience strongly preferred
• Proven maintenance coordination or technical maintenance experience
• Proficiency in IQMS, CMMS, and standard business software
• Experience working with plastic injection molding machines
• Ability to flex between Shift B, C, and D based on production needs

Additional information for the Flex Shift Supervisor

• $35 hourly 

• Week1: Monday till Wednesday: 6am -12:15pm / Thursday & Friday: 6:00am -6:15 pm/ Saturday & Sunday: Off
• Week2: Monday till Wednesday: 6:00am -12:15 pm / Thursday & Friday: Off/ Saturday & Sunday: 6:00am-6:15pm
