Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM (12-hour day shift)

 

Job Description

We are seeking an Injection Molding Machine Operator to set up, operate, and tend to plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality products. This role includes performing in-process quality inspections, completing production paperwork, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tend to plastic injection molding machines
• Perform in-process quality inspections of molded parts
• Conduct visual inspections for defects
• Use tools such as calipers or gauges to ensure parts meet customer specifications
• Identify, contain, and label defective products or scrap
• Remove finished products from the machine dies
• Perform secondary operations such as trimming excess material or using hand tools to finish the product
• Prepare products for packaging and shipment
• Package and label products accurately according to work orders and company procedures
• Perform routine cleaning of the machine and surrounding work area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times
• Complete required production paperwork, including production sheets, quality inspection logs, and shift reports
• Follow all company safety policies and use required personal protective equipment
