We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Job Description

We are hiring a dependable Highway Striper to join our growing team. This position focuses primarily on parking lot striping, with additional roadway projects as needed. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, traveling to job sites, and working overnight shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate striping machines to apply paint or thermoplastic markings
• Perform layout and measurements based on project specifications
• Assist with surface prep and job site setup
• Clean and maintain striping equipment and vehicles
• Follow all safety guidelines and traffic control procedures

Requirements

• Experience in pavement marking, construction, or road work preferred (not required)
• Willingness to learn striping equipment and techniques
• Basic math skills for measurements and layout
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Must be able to travel to job sites (up to 2 hours away)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for long periods
• Willingness to work overnight shifts
