An upholstery company in Haltom City is seeking a CSR/inside sales person to join their team!

M-F  8a-5p

 

Pay: $20-$23/hr

 

Temp to Hire

 

Job Duties:

• Manage incoming phone calls and accurately process sales orders
• Helping customers with orders
• Mostly inbound calls, very few outbound calls
• Keep records of customer sales interactions
• Provide support (samples, advice, etc.) for prospective and existing customers
• Occasional help in warehouse, no heavy lifting. ( WH help around 10% of job)

Ideal Candidates:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Team player-smaller company
• Great CSR experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong phone etiquette
