Service Technician

Located in Pensacola, FL

Salary: $22-$25/hr

Summary
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Service Technician to support both field service calls and in-house production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, troubleshooting issues on-site, and contributing to a production environment when not in the field. The technician will travel to job sites to assess and repair door and window installation issues, while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and dependability.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive to job sites in a company pickup truck to assess and repair installation issues
• Diagnose and fix problems related to door and window installation on-site
• Safely operate power tools such as drills, skill saws, and routers
• Assist in the production department when not in the field
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work independently as the sole technician in the department

Qualifications
• Experience with power tools required
• Door manufacturing and/or window installation experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attendance and reliability are critical
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $22–$25/hour, depending on experience and fit
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am-4pm
