Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $20+/hr (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team in Ogden, IL. This position will involve working on both farm and city equipment, as well as manufacturing new farm equipment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of materials, primarily mild steel
• Repair and weld farm equipment and municipal/city equipment
• Fabricate and assemble new farm equipment from blueprints
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Set up and adjust welding equipment as needed
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use hand and power tools to complete fabrication tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with farm or heavy equipment (a plus)
