Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00–$24.00/hour
Assignment Type: 6-Month Temporary

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CQI Specialist to support continuous quality improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly comfortable working with data, presenting findings, and identifying trends to improve processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and present reports to leadership and internal teams
• Manage and review incident reports, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
• Utilize Excel to track, organize, and interpret large data sets
• Collaborate with internal departments to support quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with internal standards and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Comfortable presenting data and insights to teams or leadership
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Experience with incident reporting and documentation preferred
• Background in behavioral analytics, data analytics, or a related field is a plus
