We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have hands-on experience in manufacturing or construction settings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with tools

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Weekend availability as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Assist customers in identifying products and recommending the best solutions
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, including promotions and inventory
  • Support merchandising, pricing, signage, and overall store presentation
  • Assist with inventory including receiving, stocking, and organization
  • Manage customer orders, including order entry, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
  • Complete local deliveries and stock transfers as required
  • Support the shipping department when needed (forklift experience is an asset)
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Skills & Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and mobile devices for order entry and tracking
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and dependable
