Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Properties Manager to manage complex, revenue‑producing real estate and lease programs in a regulated environment. This role is ideal for a strategic professional with strong negotiation, compliance, and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, negotiate, and administer complex leases and agreements (facilities, concessions, parking, transportation, and ground leases)
• Ensure regulatory compliance, rent accuracy, renewals, and contract enforcement
• Apply GAAP, financial analysis, and market knowledge to structure sound agreements
• Engage tenants and developers; lead negotiations and ensure satisfaction and retention
• Oversee long‑term revenue forecasting and property development strategies
• Supervise and mentor a team of property specialists
• Research industry trends and update policies and programs as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, public administration, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in property management or real estate
• 2+ years of supervisory or administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with regulated property environments and lease compliance
• Knowledge of property or lease management systems
• Background in finance, accounting, or compliance program development
