We are actively hiring an experienced Warehouse Manager in Fort Walton Beach, FL for a long-term opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse operations, logistics, and team leadership who can manage daily workflow, improve efficiency, and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Manage scheduling, load planning, and coordination of deliveries
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and direction
• Operate forklifts and ensure safe material handling practices
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, DOT regulations, and company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy within warehouse systems
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
• Communicate with management on operations, timelines, and staffing needs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in warehouse management, shipping supervision, or logistics leadership
• Strong background in inventory control and workflow coordination
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational efficiency 
• Forklift experience required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
