Location: Brea, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay: $19

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving and processing incoming customer orders rom email, website, and other online programs.
  • Input data accurately into company’s database.
  • Assist in the Quality Assurance (QA) of legal notices to check for errors before serving them.
  • Prepare notices for mailing.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Mac applications, Google Business Suite, Slack, and managing a high volume of email.
