Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls, monitor and respond to emails, and enter work orders accurately. This role will gradually transition into a Dispatcher position, providing opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer support

  • Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely and accurate manner

  • Create, enter, and update work orders based on customer requests and service needs

  • Gather necessary information to ensure work orders are complete and detailed

  • Communicate with internal teams to relay customer needs or service updates

  • Maintain organized records of calls, emails, and work order activity

  • Assist with scheduling and coordination as part of the transition into dispatching

  • Learn dispatch procedures, routing, and technician coordination to prepare for dispatcher role

 

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong phone and email communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and messages

  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy

  • Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to learn dispatching and take on additional responsibilities

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
