We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls, monitor and respond to emails, and enter work orders accurately. This role will gradually transition into a Dispatcher position, providing opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer support
Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely and accurate manner
Create, enter, and update work orders based on customer requests and service needs
Gather necessary information to ensure work orders are complete and detailed
Communicate with internal teams to relay customer needs or service updates
Maintain organized records of calls, emails, and work order activity
Assist with scheduling and coordination as part of the transition into dispatching
Learn dispatch procedures, routing, and technician coordination to prepare for dispatcher role
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Strong phone and email communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and messages
Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn dispatching and take on additional responsibilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
