1st Shift Assembler

 

A top company in the South Beloit area is looking for an Assembler to join their team. They are looking for someone who is flexible, willing to learn, and reliable. This is a 1st shift opportunity, M-F 6:45am-3:15pm with optional overtime as desired. Previous assembly or production line work is desired. This position puts together and assembles test packets for pharmaceutical companies. Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to specifications and work orders
• Perform visual and manual inspection of parts to ensure quality requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, quantities, and any discrepancies.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support workflow.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or production line experience preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40lbs throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
