Machine Operator (Experienced) – Job Description

Pay based on experience 

 

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating industrial machinery in a production environment and a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery according to specifications
• Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing parts within quality standards
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or production instructions
• Record production data and report any issues or defects to supervisors
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with machine cleaning and upkeep

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
