Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Accounts Payable Specialist starting immediately!

Position Details:

• Pay Rate - $25.00/HR
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location - South Orlando/Meadow Woods area - 32824 zip code.

Job Duties:

• Set up and maintain vendor and customer accounts.
• Process and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare weekly check runs and ACH payments together with vendor remittances.
• Credit Card transactions review, reconciliation, and processing.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and ERP systems.
