Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Overnight Bakery Machine Operator for a Food Production facility located in Orlando, starting immediately!

Job Details:

• Pay Rate - $18.12HR
• Schedule - Monday - Sunday (2 days off per week) - 2:00 AM - 2:00 PM AND 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM -12-hour shifts
• Full-time, permanent position.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for ensuring all products run through the fryer meet all quality standards, keep the fryer at the proper oil level by adding 50-pound cubes of shortening and adjusting the oil level tube.  
• Help the packers by filling depositors with cream from the pump, and filling depositors with 30-pound buckets of jelly as needed.  
• Maintain and clean the glaze system as needed, perform daily shutdown and cleaning as directed by management. 

Requirements:

• MUST have previous production experience.
• MUST be able to work weekends.
• MUST be able to work the 2:00 AM shift and 7:00 AM shift, 12-hour shifts, and weekly overtime.
