Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for a local automotive service company in Mason City. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, learning the service side of the automotive industry, and growing into a skilled service advisor role. You’ll support the front desk while learning to build service quotes and assist customers through the repair process.
Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional front-desk experience
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage customer check-ins
Assist with building service quotes and repair estimates
Communicate service updates between technicians and customers
Maintain organized customer records and service documentation
Support general receptionist and administrative duties
Learn automotive services, parts, and repair processes
Customer service or receptionist experience preferred
Automotive background or interest in the industry strongly preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable learning service quoting and estimating systems
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills required
$17–$18/hr competitive pay
Full-time, stable schedule
Weekly pay — every Friday
