Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex near Caldwell, ID. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and helping others maintain quality living conditions.

 

Pay: $21/hr 
Schedule: Full-time, day shift, Monday thru Friday

 

Job Duties:

• Complete apartment turns to prepare units for new residents
• Perform general maintenance and preventative upkeep across the property
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, and painting tasks

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Familiarity with tools and basic repair techniques
• Resume required
