Job Overview

We’re looking for dependable and motivated team members to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll assist with the assembly, inspection, and preparation of wooden pallets and corrugated packaging products prior to distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate basic production equipment such as nail guns, saws, and box staplers
• Build and assemble wooden pallets, crates, and packaging components
• Move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and help keep the workspace clean and organized

Qualifications

• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented mindset
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have authorization to work in the United States
