Pay & Hours

• $18.00/hour
• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime may be available
• Garner, Iowa

 

Responsibilities

• Pack finished baked goods according to company specifications
• Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency
• Palletize completed cases for shipment
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including end-of-shift cleaning
• Support production line operations to meet daily goals
• Accurately count and handle products during packaging
• Assist with additional duties as needed

 

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
