A Construction General Laborer is needed for a project in Warsaw, IN, supporting field operations through manual excavation around utility structures. This role includes digging trenches approximately two feet deep and wide using hand and power tools, as well as restoring job sites by backfilling and compacting soil to ensure proper site conditions. Additional responsibilities include assisting field staff with testing activities, handling equipment, and documenting site conditions through data collection and photos. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position requiring the ability to lift, stand, and work in varying weather conditions. The schedule is Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, starting at $22.00 per hour, with pay increases available based on experience. The project is expected to run through late May 2026.
