Location: Ephrata, PA | Shift: First Shift | Pay: $23/hr

Overview:
Operate food‑processing machinery and support warehouse operations in a fast‑paced, cold‑storage environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery following SOPs and food safety standards
• Load and unload product, monitor machine cycles, and complete production records
• Maintain clean, organized, and food‑safe work areas
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Operate warehouse equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks, order selectors)
• Receive, pick, replenish, and load product using WMS/Vocollect systems

Physical & Job Requirements

• MUST be able to lift up to 65 lbs (including overhead lifting)
• Stand and walk for the entire shift
• Comfortable working in 35°F cold‑storage conditions
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
