A Major manufacturing and distribution company providing heating, cooling, ventilation, air purification, low global warming potential (GWP) refrigerants, and connected devices for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces is seeking a Forklift / Warehouse person to join their team in Van Nuys.

Summary: Seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of all products.
• Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA standards and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Valid forklift certification. (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems. (WMS) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
