A well-established recruiting firm is partnering with a large commercial construction company to hire experienced Concrete Carpenters and Finishers for upcoming and ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, set, and strip concrete forms for commercial projects
• Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces (floors, sidewalks, curbs, etc.)
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Work collaboratively with crew members and site supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a concrete carpenter or finisher in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of forming systems and finishing techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments is required
