Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Journeyman Terminator for an immediate opening in Hobbs, NM. This role specializes in electrical terminations within oil and gas or industrial facility environments. The ideal candidate brings journeyman-level expertise in performing terminations, troubleshooting, and commissioning, with a strong commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform electrical terminations, troubleshooting, and commissioning at facility and client sites
• Communicate proactively with the Foreman regarding job progress, updates, and any issues encountered
• Maintain and care for all tools required for assigned work
• Uphold craftsmanship, quality, and safety standards at all times
Requirements
• Journeyman-level experience in electrical terminations — required
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and commission electrical systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under direction of a Foreman
• Must own and maintain personal tools required for the role
• Commitment to quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety protocols
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must be available Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation & Schedule
• Pay Rate: $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time opportunity in Hobbs, NM
