Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Fitter/Tubber for an immediate opening in Midland, TX. This role specializes in pneumatic and instrumentation installations in oil and gas or industrial facility environments. The ideal candidate is skilled in running stainless steel tubing, completing pneumatic connections, and supporting I&E operations with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain instruments and devices in facility and field environments

• Run stainless steel tubing and complete pneumatic connections per specifications

• Support Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) operations under direction of the Superintendent or Project Manager

• Lead instrumentation work at facility or client sites as assigned

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs

• Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues efficiently and safely

• Uphold craftsmanship, quality, and safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Verifiable experience as an Instrumentation Fitter, Tubber, or similar role

• Hands-on experience with pneumatic systems and stainless steel tubing installation

• Familiarity with instrument calibration and I&E operations

• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and P&ID diagrams

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under field conditions

• Valid driver’s license — a plus

• Must be available Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Full-time opportunity in Midland, TX
