Dock Worker/Driver Helper

Join a fast-paced air freight team as a Dock Worker/Driver Helper, where you’ll play a key role in loading, unloading, and moving time-sensitive shipments with precision and care. This hands-on position is ideal for someone dependable and detail-oriented who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment.

Pay Rate :

• 18.00/hour

Work Schedule :

• Monday - Friday 12:00PM - 8:30PM

Key Responsibilities :

• Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using pallet jacks and manual labor
• Assist drivers with local deliveries and pickups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Sort, stage, and organize shipments for efficient routing and distribution
• Secure cargo for transport, including shrink wrapping and proper load balancing
• Verify shipping documents and perform basic inventory checks
• Maintain a clean and safe dock and work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries when needed

Skills & Experience Required : 

• Previous experience in a warehouse, dock, or delivery environment (preferred but not required)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Frequent lifting of materials up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in varying warehouse and outdoor conditions
