Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is seeking Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for an aerospace and defense contractor in the Irvine, CA area. These are full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunities. Starting compensation is $20.00 to $25.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assembling cables and harnesses, test systems and racks
• Inspection of components
• Documentation
• General production tasks

 

Requirements:

• At least one year of electro-mechanical assembly experience
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001 certifications a benefit but not mandatory
• Strong soldering, crimping and harness assembly skills required
• Ability to use insertion/extraction tools and torque wrenches
• High school diploma preferred
