We’re looking for a hands-on, quality-driven Production Operator to join our growing production team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in blending and packaging high-quality food products that meet customer specifications and strict food safety standards. What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating equipment, handling materials, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Blend and package dry ingredients according to production batch specifications
  • Measure, weigh, and stage ingredients accurately
  • Set up, operate, and break down automatic and semi-automatic production equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of production areas, equipment, facility, and grounds
  • Perform sanitation, housekeeping, and basic preventive maintenance tasks
  • Accurately complete production logs and documentation following SOPs
  • Follow all food safety, GMP, GLP, and FSSC 22000 requirements
  • Adhere to all safety programs; wear required PPE and report safety concerns
  • Maintain appropriate PPE inventory levels
  • Operate forklifts and understand scale operations, weights, and measurements
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Support additional production-related tasks as needed

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Manufacturing and warehouse environment
  • Exposure to dust, cold temperatures, and moderate noise levels
  • Requires standing for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, reaching, walking, and repetitive motions
  • Use of personal protective equipment is required

Schedule

  • Full-time, first shift
  • Overtime expected during peak production periods
  • Flexible start/end times when needed
  • Occasional weekend work

Education & Experience

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred)

Preferred

  • Food manufacturing experience
  • Food safety training
  • Knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and FSMA standards
