Salary: $22.00 to $28.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a commercial printing company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time, permanent, evaluation hire opportunity starting at $22.00 to $28.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

• Establish customer rapport through in-person, over the phone and by email
• Prepare and present quotes
• Order entry and processing
• Provide order details to internal departments
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Perform general administrative tasks

 

Requirements

• Minimum one year of in-person customer service experience
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience preparing quotes a benefit but not mandatory
• Professional, friendly, and able to remain calm under pressure
