What You’ll Do

  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with production tasks such as material preparation, testing, and documentation
  • Operate basic lab and manufacturing equipment
  • Follow step-by-step procedures to ensure quality standards
  • Enter data and complete production records accurately
  • Communicate any issues or safety concerns to the team

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0–2 years of manufacturing, lab, or cleanroom experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Comfortable working with animal-based materials

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE
