Inside Sales Representative

McAllen, TX 

M-F 8am-5pm

$13-16/hour

 

Express Employment is seeking an organized, confident and experienced Inside Sales Representative to work for a locally owned water supply store. Entry level applicants with at least 1 year of previous customer service experience can be trained. 

 

Essential Functions:

 

• Answer and transfer telephone calls or text messages
• Sorting, deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
• Provide general information to staff clients or the public
• Type and format or edit routine memos or other reports
• Copy, file, update paper and electronic documents
• Prepare and process bills and other office documents
• Collect information and perform data entry Sales experience is helpful but not mandatory
• High level of comfort using computer systems within a sales environment
• High level of integrity, dedication, and desire to succeed
• Desire to help others
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
• Creative, outgoing, and energetic

 

Skills:

 

• Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision
• Organizational Skills
• Ability  to troubleshoot

 

Requirements:

 

• Must have at least (1-2) years experience in Inside/Outside Sales
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual

  

Pay: $13.00/Hr

 

Schedule: Mon. - Fri. 8am-5pm
