Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $20–$30 per hour
• Location: Bryan Area

Responsibilities

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Complete basic electrical repairs and maintenance
• Ensure units and common areas are maintained to safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Experience with apartment maintenance, HVAC, and electrical work
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
