Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for multiple positions in Midland, TX. We have several openings for each role listed below. These are high-hour, high-pay opportunities with flexible rotation schedules and housing available for qualifying candidates. Pay is based on experience and position.

Open Positions — Multiple Openings for Each

1. Winch Truck Operator

•       Operate winch trucks for oil field and heavy equipment applications

•       Rig up and rig down equipment using winch and cable systems

•       Winch experience is required for this position

2. Flatbed / Stepdeck Driver

•       Transport oversized and standard loads on flatbed and stepdeck trailers

•       Perform proper load securement, tarping, and strap/chain procedures

•       Experience with flatbed or stepdeck equipment required

3. Heavy Haul Driver

•       Haul oversized and overweight loads to and from oil field and job sites

•       Coordinate with pilot cars and comply with permit requirements

•       Experience with heavy haul or superload operations required

4. Pole Truck Operator / Tandem

•       Operate pole trucks and tandem configurations for specialized loads

•       Must have experience with pole truck and tandem axle operations

5. Bed Truck / Rig Mover Equipment

•       Operate bed trucks and rig mover equipment to relocate drilling rigs and heavy assets

•       Must have rig moving and bed truck operation experience

Requirements

•       Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) — required

•       Minimum 3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience

•       No more than 3 moving violations on Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

•       Experience specific to the position being applied for

•       Ability to work flexible rotation schedules (14/7, 28/7, or other rotations)

•       Ability to work 65–75+ hours per week

•       Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
