$17.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Production Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the final stage of production, where you will inspect, repair, and ensure the quality of completed windows before they are finalized for delivery. The ideal candidate has experience with window repair and installation and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished windows for defects or quality issues
• Perform repairs and adjustments as needed
• Assist with window installation tasks within the production process
• Ensure all products meet company quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Experience with window repair, installation, or similar trade preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
