Phoenix Metro Area

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Route Stocker to service self-pay convenience stores and micro market locations throughout the Phoenix Metro area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, driving daily routes, and keeping inventory organized and fully stocked.

Position Overview

As a Route Stocker, you will visit two (2) locations per day to stock snack and beverage items in unattended convenience and micro market locations. You will also assist with basic warehouse duties and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and stock assigned micro market and convenience store locations daily
• Ensure all locations are fully stocked and never understocked
• Take photos of completed stocking at each location
• Review daily routes and complete stocking assignments accurately
• Once per week, pick up product from a store and return it to the warehouse
• Stock, organize, and maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse
• Pull snack and product inventory for upcoming routes
• Learn and follow basic inventory management processes
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient

Expected Results

• Accurate inventory levels at all locations
• Micro market locations consistently stocked with no shortages
• Clean, well-organized warehouse
• Routes completed on time and to standard

Schedule & Availability

• 6 days per week
• Approximately 6 hours per day
• Weekend availability required
• Flexible scheduling, but reliability is essential

Requirements

• Must be dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Must have own reliable vehicle, valid Driver License and proof of insurance
• Must be comfortable driving throughout the Phoenix Metro area
• Able to lift, carry, and stock products
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
