Responsibilities

•       Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors

•       Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment

•       Maintain a clean and organized work area

•       Follow all safety rules, procedures, and guidelines on site

•       Work effectively as part of a team to complete daily tasks

•       Show up on time and maintain reliable attendance

Requirements

•       Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods

•       Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

•       Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

•       Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

•       Must be available Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications

•       Valid driver’s license — a plus

•       Previous labor, construction, or industrial work experience — a plus

Compensation & Schedule

•       Pay Rate: $16.00+ per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

•       Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

•       Full-time hours in the Midland, TX area
