Clean Room Operator

Located in Odon, IN

Salary: $19.00 - $27.00 / hr (BOE)

This role works in a controlled cleanroom environment handling sensitive materials and operating production equipment used in cutting-edge technology.

Job Summary:

• Operate and monitor production equipment in a cleanroom setting
• Handle materials with care to prevent contamination
• Perform fill room tasks including material prep and process support
• Follow strict cleanroom and safety procedures (gowning, PPE, etc.)
• Inspect parts and materials for quality using microscopes/tools
• Accurately document production steps and lot tracking
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Support team with basic troubleshooting and process improvements

Location: Odon, IN

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 / hr (based on experience)

Schedule: 2nd and 3rd Shifts

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or cleanroom experience highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable working on your feet and handling small components
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must comply with quality standards
